The Great Compost Giveaway
Once again, Mid Suffolk District Council had a successful day at Needham Market Lakes on May 2nd giving away over 50 tonnes of County Mulch's Soil Improver marking this year's Compost Awareness Week.
Residents queued up with shovels and plastic bags to claim their free Soil Improver which is the direct result of composting greenwaste collected from households throughout Suffolk thus diverting unnecessary waste from going to landfill.
